Direct Wire & Cable recently returned from an outstanding week at the 2026 IWDC Sales & Purchasing Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, where our team joined leading distributors, manufacturers, and industry professionals from across North America to collaborate, share insights, and strengthen relationships throughout the welding and industrial gas markets. Held from May 31 through June 2, the annual convention brought together members of the Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative (IWDC) for several days of networking, business development, educational sessions, and strategic discussions focused on the future of the industry. As both an exhibitor and sponsor, Direct Wire was proud to play an active role in one of the industry’s premier events. Throughout the convention, our team welcomed visitors to Booth 37, engaging in valuable conversations with IWDC members, distribution partners, and fellow manufacturers.
